Click button to show object in motion

This simulator shows the velocity and force acting on an object acted on by a single central force. Since the force is perpendicular to the speed at all times, the object moves in a circular path and at a constant speed. Use the sliders to see how the centripetal force changes as you adjust the speed, mass, and radius of rotation for the object. You can also adjust the radius and position by clicking on the screen.
